Who changes climates?

Happy New Year 2006,

The greenhouse effect is very practical for being responsible for climate change.
The increase in temperature of the lower layers of the atmosphere has displaced the isothermal curves and this modifies the climate.

Co2 is not the most harmful of the gases emitted by human activity which makes heat other than with co2 emissions.

In France this also makes it possible to accuse fossil fuel energies of being at the end of the race and therefore allow nuclear to be the only energy of the future.

Only atmospheric warming does not necessarily mean that the climate will evolve worsening globally.

On the other hand, putting all the responsibility for climate change on the greenhouse effect makes it possible to ignore the consequences of the modification of the water cycle by human activities which have a really harmful effect on the climate.

The drying up of certain parts of the continents by deforestation, waterproofing of the soil, or overexploitation of underground reserves increases the size of deserts and forces the circulation of atmospheric water to circulate more and more quickly in increasingly narrow passages.

This is why the association of the reaches of Pilat points to the silence and the complicity of all the organizations concerned so that the problem is brought to the table of debates.
There is a solution: global water management which consists in simply doing a global distribution of runoff water in order to slowly infiltrate it permanently throughout the territory to compensate and repair the effects on climates. of the general drying up of the planet which is accelerating.

A whole program that would require political decisions based on impartial scientific data

Who changes the climate? That's a good question

The sun ?
Cosmic radiation?
Farmers ?
The army?
Activists?

All of them!
