Asbl collaboration CODEART and Asso Econology

by Christophe » 06/09/09, 12:30

I did yesterday a (small) conference on water doping in the fair beatice-herve.

I'll do a report later (and as we filmed, I'll probably put some passages on the site)

Despite the small number of people (20 at most ...) I met the director of ASBL Codeart who works since 20 years in North-South cooperation and in particular on the burning of vegetable oil. They have a real office of studies and their publication are of university level, I had already put one on econology: https://www.econologie.com/forums/hvp-carbur ... t2294.html
et https://www.econologie.com/hvp-combustio ... -3173.html

Visit their website: http://www.codeart.org/

He offered me a collaborative project on water doping and invited me to visit their premises: it's GRANDIOSE (I knew they were "serious" but I never imagined they were so well equipped)! See photos below.

All this to say that they have (very) serious means of achievement and that we (I speak on behalf of the future association) we have good ideas (I will not mention any subject so as not to make people jealous). So we made good edits but in general, we lack the "industrial" means to carry out our achievements and ideas (they have 15 turns so 4 or 5 depending!).

So here is a more complete collaboration between these 2 associations could be greatly enviable!

To define therefore, besides the water doping, what projects could interest them ... Case to follow!

And about water doping: who wants to do what? Which montage? What measures and analyzes? Pollution, yield, oil analysis ...

And here are some pictures (with Roger's consent):

Tests on an Indian diesel two-cylinder (was blue are the ... radiator of origin), right an oil press that will be powered by these engines:

Image

The engine closer, note the traces of oil below the pots: it is a new built engine still built in India but whose technology dates from the years 50-60.
It is on this type of engine that the codeart would like to test the doping

Image

I can already hear some rumbling: yeah on normal old "rotten" engines that it works ... but if those old "rotten" engines are still made new, don't you think there is a real interest?

Part of the Design Offices:

The engine that served combustion tests on palm oil (with the oil heater, no it's not a water doping!):
Image

Generator exhausted during transformation for oil carburation (palm I believe), the exhaust valve seats are changed otherwise they "burned":

It's related to their great work on the burning of palm oil

And the most "beautiful" for the end, their main warehouse:

Part of the "engine" stock (that's a dream, eh?):

Look at the technical files of their site:

http://www.codeart.org/technique/technique_fr.htm

Especially those on water or energy:

http://www.codeart.org/technique/Eau_fr.htm

It is a "concentrate of applied econology" !!

Hi Christopher,

nice photo report 8)

I believe that Codeart has already been successful in small hydro with a maintenance-friendly Banki Mitchell turbine for developing countries

Indeed, here is an association worthy of interest. A complementary activity ... A future excellent partnership!? :P
When do we start?

Flytox, we start as soon as our association is on track and we find "projects" (excluding doping) that might interest them ...

Absolutely I saw one, it is a project "in the course of finalization", there is all the information here:

I talked to Roger about Pascal's trilobic engine, it might be interesting to them ... just like your other research.

It's great and impressive, a collaboration can only be interesting.

They have employees or are they 100% volunteers ??

For projects, it depends a lot on their skills I think (I have not read everything yet).
