IMPORTANT IF AVATAR DELETE: READ

by Christophe » 23/03/07, 19:28

I removed the possibility to host your avatar on the forum. Apparently the effect was retroactive since the members who put their avatar on the server forum don't have any more. Here is the procedure to follow to submit an avatar:

1) You must host it on another site so either your personal site (on free for example) or you can very well do it on econologie.info using the usual download technique. (I will add a link to the profile sheet right away)

2) Edit your profile and specify the avatar url.

That's it, for any problem ... I'm here! (well for those I know how to solve ...)

Ah I forgot, for those who do not have a "personal" avatar there are avatar galleries to choose from.

There is a choice among a good hundred avatars preinstalled on the forum. For this: in your profile at the bottom
"Select an Avatar from the Gallery" Click on the button "Show gallery" (the galleries in fact)

Message for all those who "lost" their avatar:

To make your task easier, all the avatars that were stored on the forums are accessible in this file: https://www.econologie.com/file/divers/avatars.zip

Download it, find your avatar, note its name and use the following link in your profile:

code: Select all

https://www.econologie.com/forums/images/avatars/lenomdevotreavatar.jpg

Please: do not use the avatar which is not yours among those of this file otherwise the "owner" may not be happy :D

ps: you can also put the avatar on the .info as explained on your profile.

Apparently a new "loss" has been observed after last week's migration.

The procedure to follow is the same as that indicated above.
