Similar topics: do you use it?

For the past few months, I have installed an addon to forum : similar topics, which, when you read a topic, offers you to read "similar topics".

I just wanted to know if you:
1) had noticed (it's at the bottom of all topics)
2) use it?

This is to study the possibility of putting it at the top of each page ... but this will increase the forum...

very good idea. to leave at the bottom, as already we do not see the title of the forum when you open a page, something higher up would be cumbersome.
