Downloads operation?

Hello everyone and especially the webmaster of the site,

I can not download the video about the masters of water (or the one on the empty) in the download area, while I managed for the other files on offer. I tried several times, at different times and days, with IE and Firefox, but nothing works.
Does it work for you?

Hello

This download is done by ftp
The 2 files are ok at home (IE) and they "go down" without problem ...

Look maybe your download manager ... (disable if possible)

mmm what country are you in?
It may be a protection IP of my host or so it comes from your side (corporate router?)?

...I am in France,
adsl line at free
and direct an adsl modem router that also does firewall (netgear dg834fs)

But all this should not come into play as I managed to
to download all memberspace files except these two?!?

I repeat: there is no download pb for these 2 files! and your config should not be a problem ...

I tried on 2 different pc with IE 5.5 and Firefox 1.0.7
and only these two files do not want to be downloaded?!?

Your suggestions for solving this mystery are welcome <_

No problems for me either / adsl Free / router-firewall

Do you right click and "Save target as"?

I have the same problem, for files reserved for members (from forum I suppose), when we put its coordinates, the window does not accept them or then under IE, there is nothing that allows to dl the file in question.

The password has changed recently, members received it by e-mail. So you had to have it. Checked...
