The kWh, you can have it, during off-peak hours, 300 days a year, at around 10 cents, 42 days at 13 cents, and 22 days, at 17 cents.

I understand that you know everything, that doesn't help!!! : Mrgreen:
In the Red period you don't heat the DAY to 73,24 cts it's very refreshing.... : Mrgreen:
I don't know everything but I know you don't know much.

Have you heard of photovoltaics? which could complement your sea tempo offer..

Well, on red days, there's only electricity to heat you.

Look at my post on the tempo, and my consumption over a year.

On the other hand, did you extract your consumption every half hour, to do a simulation?

The 73.24cts seem astonishing, yes, but do a simulation.

You are like one of my sons-in-law, who, from a case, makes a generalization, without looking at the whole thing.

If you bought your house, the day you bought it, does that mean you spend that much money every day?

Madam sunshine now... : Mrgreen: it’s perfect for photovoltaics.
There are several problems with the VE, I see two major ones already.

Freedom, if you have the means (to your heart's content) photovoltaic + virtual battery.
The dependence, the chargers + the final cost by the state, surely very unstable in the long term in terms of taxes. how to recover fuel taxes?

The Ve can quickly become problematic if you are poorly prepared.

After the big "electric" increase in the tempo, I am now between €1.90 and €1.95 per 100 km, practically a 15% increase in price.
At full full price, I will be at €3.80 per 100 km, instead of €3.40.

Looking forward to 2025, for prices to stabilize. !

Switching overnight to electric for some will be totally impossible, without an adaptation phase.

Where I work, we moved to a fully hosted server for office solutions, accounting, payroll, etc.

And there is general panic. People not used to it.

Same thing, comparable, with the switch to electric.

As soon as you disrupt habits, there is general panic....

I forgot, in our country, there are 3 more electric cars for rent, out of the hundreds of vehicles rented.

These EVs are almost all re-rented, from one month to the next, which makes it almost impossible to rent an EV...

Re: Driving an electric car every day

I have just published an article of (4) rankings of the best electric cars on the French market by range and price range:

With 491 rechargeable electric vehicles registered in 866, France now has more than a million of these vehicles in circulation (Source: Avere France article from January 2023)! And this number is expected to continue to grow in the coming years. Indeed, some brands have even decided to go fully electric soon, this is for example the case of Lancia which no longer wishes to market thermal vehicles from 2024. So, whether you are already convinced by electric, or whether you are more pragmatic, if you are planning to purchase a vehicle, and more particularly a car soon, it is important to take an interest in the different electric models offered or coming to the market. We take stock of the offers on the market with 2026 rankings in TOP 4 (+3): autonomy, entry-level, mid-range and high-end. This article is the result of independent analysis and synthesis work and is in no way sponsored by either manufacturer.
