uv filter it makes me laugh! the UV kills the microbes: it can sterilize but it does not filter: all the dirt in the water is still there, the dead microbes in addition ... as much food for other microbes that will take the place

If you have muddy water full of nitrates, it's not the fact of exposing it to UV that will make you drink it ...

may be a solution:
filtering for suspended matter
and reverse osmosis for the rest from 250/350 €
flow rate around 15,20 liters / hour
