Registration for bulk purchase of solar panels

by bernardd » 05/01/10, 16:39

Hello,

Following a recent research of sources of solar panels in China, where most are manufactured, and some discussions on other subjects, I create this subject so that the interested people can say how many panels interest them.

For the moment, I launch this subject on these panels:
Solar cell (156 * 156MM) Poly
Maximum power (Wp) 250
Maximum power voltage (V) 31,80
Maximum power current (A) 7,86
Open circuit voltage (V) 38,16
Short circuit current (A) 8,49
Cell Efficiency (%) 17,50%
Wp / m2 156,50
m2 1,60
Number of cells (Pcs) 60 (6 * 10)
Size of module (mm) 1630 × 980 × 46mm
Maximum system voltage (V) 1000V
Temperature coefficients of Isc (%) + 0.1 / ℃
Temperature coefficients of Voc (%) -0.38 / ℃
Temperature coefficients of Pm (%) -0.47 / ℃
Temperature coefficients of Im (%) + 0.1 / ℃
Temperature coefficients of Vm (%) -0.38 / ℃
Temperature Range `-40C ------ + 85C
Surface Maximum Load Capacity 60m / s (200kg / sq.m)
Allowable Hail Load steel ball fall down from 1m height
Weight per piece (kg) 19,5
Junction Box Type PV-JB001 (TUV)
Connectors and Cables Type With TUV certificate
Length of Cables (mm) 900mm
Output tolerance (%) ± 5%
Frame (Material, Corners, etc.) Aluminum
Standard Test Conditions 1000W / m2 AM1.5 25'C
Warranty 2 years product warranty and 25 years 80% of power
FF (%) ≥72%
Quantity of one 20ft container 256PCS
Quantity of one 40ft HQcontainer 600PCS

Personally, I select this panel because it is the highest concentration per m2 (156,50 Wp / m2) that I have seen for the moment at this price.

The price is $ 1,65 / W peak (also noted Wp for Watt Peak), excluding transportation and VAT. These costs will only be specified according to the order sizes, the minimum being 10 panels, the ideal being a full container, 265 panels, or even 600 panels :-)

For reference, the typical 3KWp installation requires 12 panels, at $ 4950 and occupies 19,2m2.

Otherwise, this is the first attempt of this kind, and all the organizational points are on another subject:

and out of customs.

you should still have an idea a few percent near the final price returned to the buyer if you want hands to go up.

Once the final price is really concretely defined, I think to take at least 1, see 2 if the price is really good.

It would be good to specify what you call a "good" price :-) So that we will know immediately if we can do it or not ...

For the moment I touch my panels at 3 € incl. VAT / Wc including delivery (well not quite, but I will look for them myself, it is 30 minutes from home). So a good price is below that

Uh when you say TTC is 5.5 or 19.6? Because 3 € TTC is already a VERY GOOD PRICE for France (and elsewhere in the EU for that matter) ...

The "national average" is currently closer to double and in VAT at 5.5% !!

Without delivery, it is € 1,39 including VAT 19,6 to date (beware exchange variations!)

Each $ 100 of delivery on 12 panels is € 0,03 / Wp incl. 19,6%, unless I am mistaken.

We have the orders of magnitude of the possible variations :-)
