Eco Mayors Association and the water doping

I recently learned of the existence for more than 20 years of the Eco-Mayors association which brings together French Mayors wishing to bring an "ecological touch" to their municipality. The official website http://www.ecomaires.com/

As far as we know, there are at least 2 municipalities that have water doping carried out on the initiative of a Town Hall, I wondered if our "duty" would not be to make the link between on the one hand this association and on the other hand these 2 Town halls.

a) Vitry sur Orne in 2007
b) Cahors in 2008

Obviously, it is likely that the association. Eco Maires already knows these experiences ...
