Unfortunately, to do a factory reset, it seems that it is necessary to have a paid USB interface:

Hello and thank you for your answers.
The battery, obviously I thought about it, but it only serves to keep the time. Fortunately, otherwise all the settings would disappear once the battery HS.
As for the interface, I also have it, usable with the Seraminet software from Micronova but locked by code accessible only to "pros"! It's too bad.

If the motherboard eeprom has volatile memory, removing the battery can indeed act as a "factory reset".
Edit: Alas no, the memory of "an eeprom is not volatile.

In the case of EEPROM, it is not a memory like ROM, in which data is stored and cannot be changed. EEPROM, like flash, admits being altered as required. In other words, some data can be stored and erased to store different ones.

In fact, as its acronyms indicate, it is an electrically erasable (electrically erasable) memory for reprogramming. This differs from other types of ROMs, which are also erasable like EPROMs, but in this case electricity is not used to erase the memory cells, instead they had a quartz "window" on the chip to be able to project UV light. With which it was erased.

This characteristic of EPROM it made them somewhat uncomfortable, having to project these rays to erase them. And, worst of all, they could be accidentally erased if exposed to this type of radiation. In EEPROMs it is allowed to do this via voltages, in a more comfortable and safe way.

I have read everything I believe, but the pages you cite are reserved for those who have the access codes as explained at the beginning. I have the rs232 interface, the Seraminet software, but not the info to make it work, it's nerd!
.

What type of interface are you "chatting" with?

That's what I said from the beginning, I have the equipment but not the access codes.
I only work with the stove control console as shown above and the public notice posted above. that should be enough if I wasn't stuck on this systematic idle leveling fault after ignition. Anyway thank you for your contributions, it helps me to reset my thoughts :)
