it was just to say that I do not think that it is these countries which are counted in the populations suffering from access to drinking water, I remind you that the question was to know how the RCA could make tens of millions deaths per year: but to die, there must still be something that prevents you from living, as M. de la Palisse would say: therefore, the RCA kills what, given that the whole deaths from all climatic disasters (including droughts), only 10 to 20 victims per year on average?
I don't mind worrying about the third decimal places, but here, we are still a factor of 1000 apart ...
