#Covid variants (Delta, Epsilon, Lambda ...): appearance, contagion, danger, immunity, treatments, vaccines ...

How to stay healthy and prevent risks and consequences on your health and public health. occupational disease, industrial risks (asbestos, air pollution, electromagnetic waves ...), company risk (workplace stress, overuse of drugs ...) and individual (tobacco, alcohol ...).

Deltacron is dead, long live Omicron² or BA2 (?):
Israel: Announcement of a new variant of Omicron with a mutation of the Spike protein, more "virulent" and not detectable by PCR tests.
nice we will be able to continue to laugh on the backs of the funny ones! : Cheesy: : Cheesy:

The “invention” of new “non-essential” variants continues!

https://www.lindependant.fr/2022/01/24/ ... 065405.php

You have to compensate and drown the non-dangerousness of omicron in the media to continue the business of vaxchins: otherwise it's no game, for Pfizer and blood relatives, Europe will have to sign for another billion doses...

Roll on April...

While mice infected with Delta (AY.4) exhibited disease associated with weight loss, those infected with XD virus did not lose weight in the first five days post-infection but they all wasted during the next three days. All died or had to be euthanized. Rodents infected with Omicron (BA.1), on the other hand, did not lose weight and none died.

These results therefore indicate that the recombinant virus XD is associated, in these mice transgenic for the human ACE2 receptor, with a different pathology from that observed in those infected with the BA.1 subvariant of Omicron. It remains to be determined which molecular determinants in XD underlie the severity of clinical disease in rodents upon infection with this recombinant variant and to determine what is the case in humans.

Due to the intense circulation of SARS-CoV-2 in the general population, which contributes to increasing the opportunities for recombination between genetically distinct variants, it is "crucial" to continue genomic surveillance on a global scale and to quickly assess the biological characteristics of possible emerging variants of concern, the authors conclude.

Do you remember the HCQ?

mouse => trash can.

Find something else (you'll end up with a stomach ulcer if this continues, talking to us about the flu for 2 years... pfffff...)

the bouzo is still believing that the animal model (other than the human) has value for humans precisely. One day zero, always zero!

People who received Sinovac vaccine almost 5 times more likely to develop severe COVID-19 than Pfizer: Singapore study.

Those who received the Sinovac vaccine were 4,59 times more likely to have severe COVID-19 than those who received the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. They were also 2,37 times more likely to be infected, compared to those who took the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

Those who took Moderna were found to be less than half (0,42) times more likely to develop severe COVID-19 than Pfizer-BioNTech recipients, and they are also less likely to become infected.

One more proof that it is absolutely necessary to get vaccinated with these anti-covid vaccines prefabricated by the labs!

**
Is it so sure that it is our omicron BA2? Who lives there?

Why not a more severe prefabricated strain, which has been disseminated in China to occupy them seriously at present.

But don't worry, macron re-elected, Ukraine will be a secondary concern, and this new Chinese virus (again will overwhelm us.
It will be time to squeeze our kiki squarely, and any dispute, opposition will be useless. (It's written in the Plan)

Two new versions of Omicron, the variant of the coronavirus that has swept the world in recent months, are circulating in New York State and could be responsible for the increase in infections in the region in recent weeks, have state health officials announced Wednesday.

Both subvariants appear to be spreading rapidly, with a growth advantage of around 25% over BA.2, which itself was more contagious than any variant that preceded it. But it's unclear whether the subvarieties spread faster due to greater contagiousness or a better ability to circumvent the body's immune defences. One of the new subvariants has a mutation that has been shown to help evade immunity.

"It's just a reminder that we are not out of the woods when it comes to this virus, and people should continue to take precautions and get fully vaccinated if they haven't completed their course,” said Kirsten St. George, a virologist for the state who led the work.

In March, the subvariants — called BA.2.12 and BA.2.12.1 — accounted for more than 70% of new cases in central New York state, a figure that has now topped 90%. Viruses account for one in five cases in the Finger Lakes region.
