Re: Test best 3D printer filaments 2020 (PLA, PLA +, TPU, PETG, Carbon ...)
Well, I solved the problem with the grip layer with a little neoprene ...
On the other hand, more serious: there is no inter-layer cohesion with this nylon filament !!!
So I stop there for today ...

Yeah, but it's classic in 3d printing

Ok I take note! Thank you !
But that won't solve my inter-layer adhesion problem ...

So there I can't help you with the nylon.
I tried by mistake PTEG and already I find it not terrible so nylon

I haven't watched the video.
But this guy is doing tons of it and in French.

Re: Test best 3D printer filaments 2020 (PLA, PLA +, TPU, PETG, Carbon ...)
The secret of Nylon seems to be the preheating / dehydration of the filament ... I bought a small unwinder which keeps the rolls at 50 ° C ... more about Nylon soon.
For PETG:
I confirm this good impression of the White Makeasy PETG, I have just made a part with this PETG which fits into a carbon PLA part ... Note the difference with the PLA ...
PETG printed in 0.2mm layer, 60mm / s, 230 ° C / 40 ° C and 0.6mm nozzle.
It's pretty clean!
The piece is 115 * 80 * 30 and was printed in less than 4 hours (20% cubic patern fill).
For PETG:

I'm still on the raft but it already looks much better than the Amazon basics PETG where I had struggled like a p..c just to make the layer of grip ... or so I became better in the settings ? No the filament looks better ...

If you want to get into the technical details of polymer printing, watch this webinar: imprimantes-3d/imprimante-3d-t11009-160.html#p422699

Christophe wrote:- PLA Filament 1.75mm, GIANTARM
- PLA Filament 1.75mm, ERYONE
I just finished the EROYONE coil: it's great!
I just started the GIANTARM it's very good too! The eryone is slightly higher ... to see over time.
2 are top with almost no print defect, very smooth parts and super inter-layer cohesion even in a 0.3 mm layer! I had never seen this with other PLA ... You can take these 2 brands with your eyes closed! I just recommended a few reels of the 2!
In fact with the ERYONE I can't even take off the raft most of the time: I have to break the edges and cut out the part is bigger with this overlayer ...
Despite an over height, separation space, which I set to 0.3 mm ... whereas it is 0.0 by default !! In short it "sticks to donf"!
I made precision parts where I have to put bearings in tight assembly (see following message) ... and after calibration (software premium of 0.5 mm by 22 mm) it's great!
I invested in a LONGER LK5 Pro ... and I print most often at more than 100 mm / s towards 120-130 mm / s (it can go up to 300 at the level of the motors !!) without loss of quality!
Christophe wrote:- NYLON Filament 1.75mm, TECHNOLOGYOUTLET
Some difficult tests with the Tronxy as said above ... I have to put some in the Longer ... faster, more precise ... it will be better?
