Huh?

What does blocking mean? The wire stuck in the nozzle? Or the machine that stops the print?

Unless there is a hardware fault ... the solution will come sooner or later ... keep cool ...

Winding crap and it's not the first time.
The start of the coil works well ... it delivers.
From a certain moment you have to be present and go there every 10 minutes ... my impressions last 7 hours, hello shit
So I am forced to print only when I am present and to set an alarm every 10 minutes

It did it to me with several coils including sunlu

Ah yes bad point for Sunlu there!

However as said above it is one of the most famous brand ...

Give the spool to Madam to make spaghetti with it! : Mrgreen:

Well I continue to ch ... until it passes ...

But speaking of passing ... I would pass it out the window the reel.

From memory I believe that the only correctly wound spools that I have used so far were those of the printer brand namely creality

Another concern is the nozzles.
I bought a bag of "Chinese" nozzles
And a priori it's shit too and it gets blocked
Fortunately in the set there was a different one (don't ask me why) a little beefier and it seems to work well

So I ordered 2 hotends of 0.4 and 0.6
For slug mussels I don't care about the print quality

If someone has already tried 0.6 I'm interested to have a feedback

Weird your business ... I've never had a winding problem since the end of July ...

I am at 3 finished reels and 3 or 4 started ...

Yet you had said that you had modulated your printer, right?

Adrien (ex-nico239) wrote:If someone has already tried 0.6 I'm interested to have a feedback

You're lucky I've been using a 0.6 for 50-60 hours of print!

No worries and with fairly complex parts to print that use 99% of the surface of the bed (not all but the usable area)

Obviously the walls are thicker and the parts heavier (about 25%) ... I print in layers of 0.3, I don't really see the difference (exterior surface condition) with the parts printed in 0.4 ..

Don't forget to configure your slicer! My first print I had forgotten (at tronxy the nozzle is in the printer config, not the print settings) ... oops ... suddenly there was a little too much material coming out (I corrected the extrusion speed live during print)

I've had classic March since the end of June ... I'm more than 95% successful with print, the failures were my fault (over-optimization).
If you want advice, no problem (however not here: make a new dedicated SLA topic please)

It's a Pro 2, I tidy up the workshop a bit and it starts this wk. I may have some concerns ...

Didn't understand your imprint story? Are you talking on a glass platter?

On the Prusa MK3 it's a powdered metal plate, the slightest fingerprint with PETG and you have gaps when starting, the problem does not exist with PLA. : Lol:

As it farted to me and I can not check every 10mn I unwound and rewound my 18m as best I could on an empty reel and we will see what happens

Ok Perplex, pro 2 has corrected the faults of pro 1 ... that's great! You'll binge on it! 8) 8)

After being ripped off with the Wanhao Duplicator D8 (finally reimbursed after 2 months of hardship thanks to paypal) I am waiting for the Saturn ... because I would like a larger resin ...

I just did my 1st nylon thread test ... it's not ready !!

a) impossible to adhere the filament to the plate even at 80 ° C ...

b) I gave up after a few minutes on 3 tries without being able to go beyond the initialization of the raft layer

c) It's super resistant !! 1 layer of 0.3 is difficult to break by hand !!

My tray is "grainy" ... a grainy sotch probably won't change anything ... so I only see the glue solution.

I saw that there were spray models.

Anyone have feedback on what kind of glue to use? Puzzled? Adrien? Thank you

According to him, it's worth getting pissed off, nylon far exceeds PLA, ABS and PETG ... he recommends PVA glue ...

Uh, wouldn't PVA glue just be wood glue?
