Again, iodine may be enough, but what makes for better health is ensuring that the entire food bolus is supporting metabolic needs, and not just isolated items on an ad hoc basis. case...

Why not?

But source to be taken with a grain of salt since they publish this at the bottom of the page:

However it is archi false to doubt this contribution insofar as vitamin “D” is essential for the metabolism of calcium and the maintenance of blood pH (and the rest in pH favorable to homeostasis, therefore ultra useful as to many other things) vitamin “D” therefore necessarily has an indisputable effect in keeping the immune system “in the nails”.

Where it is debatable - but it is the way in which the doubt is brought - is to make believe that the vitam ie “D” would be the panacea taken in isolation! So there no, I would join the article, in the conditional because it is not a question of being satisfied exclusively with vitamin “D”. (It is necessary to do a complete and very fine blood test to detect other possible deficits ...)

The one I take is not "dehydrated" ... they are small capsules like omega 3 ... is it also a decoy?

Then source? : Mrgreen:

Janic got it right, without being too mistaken, there is no point in taking the concentrated ergocalciferol form of Vitamin “D” it is only bioavailable naturally in food and it would be necessary to consume colossal amounts of it. to get its daily dose (although it is useful in this form in “normal” food amounts for other reasons). And industrially synthetically concentrated, it is denatured.

Well yes but which one?

On the other hand in the form cholecalciferol => vitamin D3 => oil => under strict medical preparation (at Wild), it's all good.

(Dynamometer bone density tests prove this => no osteoporosis).

Now this is a hot topic, maybe Janic has some suggestions as well (but this one works, I've been taking it for years on prescription)

Well no, taking any e-commerce on the web is not really a good idea: thank you Janic ...!

You answered your own question, and it's the one I'm taking, but from Nutravita.

The D3 from Wild is a medical prescription, so you are sure and certain of what's in it.
That the IU concentration is guaranteed. 500 IU / drop 1 to 2x per day ... 2x in winter

up to sante-pollution-prevention / covid19-possible-after-effects-on-the-organism-of-light-cases-t16579-70.html? hilit = Wild # p459981
