Covid19 virus: the disinfectant mask by thermal viral inhibition (+ UVc?)?

How to stay healthy and prevent risks and consequences on your health and public health. occupational disease, industrial risks (asbestos, air pollution, electromagnetic waves ...), company risk (workplace stress, overuse of drugs ...) and individual (tobacco, alcohol ...).

Ah damn it is bad !! : Cry: : Cry: : Cry: : Cry:

I did not think that we could adjust so finely the strippers, the few that I used it was fully to the bottom on 2 or 3 speed / max power ... : Cheesy:

Don't you have another plug-in power meter lying around? : Idea:

Could someone else test with an adjustable model?

But I fear that if you go on a 2000W model ... there will be high transformation losses in low temperature!

ps: its air flow is 500 l / min from what I read ... not serious will suffice to divide by 5 the power since an adult breathes 100 l / min!

On the small air flow at 250lmin at 80 ° I am at a consumption which oscillates between 2.02 and 1.89A under 238V ... I have the min max function on my amperemeter but not the average .. c which gives us a power of 465w, I made another measurement ... Once hot at 600 ° I lower the thermostat to 60 and there I only have 0.39A of consumption (the consumption of ventillo) so in pure heating we have more than 372W ... So for me at less than 150W you don't do well

For those who want to take a look at the spreadsheet that allowed me to estimate the destruction of the virus at higher temperatures, here it is:

Thank you, it fits perfectly with my thermal balance since heating 250 L / min of air from + 80 ° C requires a power of: Cp air * flow * delta = 1004/1000 * 250/60 * 1,3 * 80 = 435 W

You measure between 2.02 * 238 and 1.89 * 238 = 480 W and 450 W ...

The rest are inaccuracies or losses! And I do not know your initial temperature ... and the precision of the regulation (necessarily not great for DIY: you set 80 it can be 70 like 90 ... but it is not very important since the order of magnitude is here)...

So my energy calculation was good ... your scraper blows 5.42 g / s while an adult in sport mode needs 2.2 g / s is 2,5 times less (100 L / min) in sport mode and 25 times less at rest (10 L / min) ... and therefore we find 480/25 = 20 W ... 8)

Initial temperature 9 ° C in my garage and there is 0.39A of fan ...

Or 390W "given" to the air if the regulation is really at 80 ° C ...

It's still good ...

Power: 150 W / 200 W
Voltage: 12/24 V
Please leave a message telling us the voltage you want, or we will deliver the goods at random

Heat: up to 80 degrees
Control mode: manual adjustment

Feature:
-Generlly, 12 V is for small car, 24 V is for large car, please confirm the voltage of your car before buying.
- Car winter heating fan.
- Automatic heating, protection against overheating, with hot and cold switch, dual use hot and cold.
-Friendly design, a handful, environmental protection and practical.
-Less energy consumption, low noise, does not damage the battery, safe and reliable.
-Fixed track: on non-slip pads, or fixed with double-sided adhesive.
-Electric heating has ten grid cooling vents, fast half-minute heating, heating convenience.
-Universal adjustment of the axis, the base rotating 360 ° without dead corner, removable base, with slots, practical and practical.
- Bold extension of the pure copper cable, efficient heating element, without damaging the battery.
-Cigarette lighter socket, integrated fuse, a security risk automatically cuts protection, security and peace of mind.
-By rotating the fan, forced air circulation, promotes air heating, high speed rotation.

It is a little too powerful but it has 2 speed and I never measured how much it consumes on the small.

In any case, it blows much less strongly than a scraper!

Otherwise I will see if I can hack the resistive element or I will supply it with lower voltage!

Advantages: ultra simple to add a felt filter before, it's full 12V and it has a built-in fan but it will reduce the RPM by lowering the voltage!

yes in induction heating, 30w in power consumption> 2.5A
your thing makes it 150w absorbed> 12.5A
you will need a good battery in the back
