Covid19 virus: the disinfectant mask by thermal viral inhibition (+ UVc?)?

How to stay healthy and prevent risks and consequences on your health and public health. occupational disease, industrial risks (asbestos, air pollution, electromagnetic waves ...), company risk (workplace stress, overuse of drugs ...) and individual (tobacco, alcohol ...).

a countercurrent heat exchanger is needed, a metal tube containing 2 pipes
1) in a way, the hot air goes towards the mask to be inspired
2) in the other direction, ambient air is ventilated

there it can work, but it is necessary that the heated air is heated long enough before passing in the exchanger, not simple.

Very complicated! Sorry I don't really see the use ??? Why use a heat exchanger when you can easily heat the air directly? Can a diagram be?

I remind that a thermal disinfection of Log4 can be done at 130 ° C in only a fraction of a second ... according to the trend curve that I estimated and re posted in the 1st message of this subject ...

I already reposted it to you earlier remundo: it is the average inhibition per minute, per second must remove log 60 or -1.78 ...

The utility would be to cool the air before inspiration, if I understand the idea of Remundo.

I still don't understand!

A heat exchanger is to pass watts from one gas or fluid to another ... here the only option that could be interesting is to preheat the incoming air (before electric preheating therefore) using the expiratory air! But a priori the small delta of T ° (37 ° C large max for 15 to 20 ° C of fresh air) and especially the over complexity of the system would not be interesting ...

Hence my request for a diagram ???

In terms of cooling the purified air, a passive exchanger on the ambient air is enough ... A fairly long pipe will most certainly suffice ...

Otherwise a passive heat sink ...

Enough to dissipate the 25-30W needed ... : Cheesy:

yes it was in case the air was too hot to breathe, that I imagined to cool it after its "virus roasting".

but if the air is breathable, let's go to the simplest, certainly.

I just received my 5W UVc TUBE ... it looks like it sheds the "right light" ...

The concern is that it is supplied with 230V ... via a small box which contains the ballast ...

I'm going to see what's inside ... not sure that I can supply it with 12V DC ...

If even the moderators do not read the messages correctly we are wrong ... : Lol: : Lol: : Lol:

I posted above the ISO standard which defines the temperatures admissible by medical respiratory masks !!

I'm not talking about the standard, but breathable air under the mask,

there's the norm, then there's the practice ...

And I'm talking to you about the standard of breathable air !! : Shock:

If I follow the sanitary standard, it will be good and secure with regard to possible lung problems linked to the suction of too hot air !!

Bar point! The discussion is closed! : Mrgreen:
