Between January 1 and April 30, carbon emissions decreased by 9% compared to 2019. A dropout probably transient since it is not linked to structural transformations.

Of course it starts to rise again with deconfinement ...

The first graph is taking into account the forecasts for the whole year 2020 or is it just the first 5 months live?
