Are you talking about balls? Obamot and I have the merit of saying what we think without make-up, directly. While some are just honeyed hypocrisy and duplicity. Those also have ass balls, but they are not theirs (adapted from Clemenceau). : Mrgreen:

What we learn from the Athenian plague on the impact of epidemics on democracy

Guylain Chevrier returns to the terrible epidemic that occurred in Athens between 430 and 426 BC. He notably mentions the confinement established by Pericles and relates how the resilience of the Greek people was expressed through democratic institutions.

If now it is the Canard Enchainé of 17/06 which publishes the “passing of winter” forecasts generally published around mid-November by RTE, that's great!

Start by reading and especially understand the article and come back in the second week.

I have read and understood the article. Francois Brottes is protecting his back as a good politician that he is (20 years MP), appointed President of RTE in 2015. You never know, having suggested "I told you so" in June cannot hurt If, and if all goes well it will be forgotten, he may even be able to congratulate himself on having faced a predicted disaster.

I will not come back in the second week, but around mid-November on the occasion, as every year, of the RTE "passage of winter" study.
