Here I understood!

It is the frame that caught fire because of the badly placed insulation ... it is therefore mounted at more than 250 ° C ... enough to ignite dry wood of frame ...

QED!
The installation was therefore not up to standard:
"In normal operation, the external surface temperature at any point on the wall of the flue alone, single-walled or multi-walled, insulated or not, must not exceed 50 ° C in living or occupied parts and 80 ° C in uninhabitable or unoccupied parts. " https://www.lecomptoirdufumiste.com/reglementation

In my Cécile de PalaZ pellet stove ..., they put vermiculite to maintain the heat inside the fireplace, protect the rest of the stove (electronic, ...). It is as light as polystyrene and relatively fragile (to be cleaned gently, do not "scrub").

A priori, this should make a good thermal insulator. So you have to be very careful where the excess heat left in the pipe will come out.

Personally, as I have a waterproof stove, the smokehouse is special with double flow:
- fresh air which returns in the external duct> 8cm <12cm and and "preheated" by the outgoing air: + 15% efficiency (manufacturer figure)
- hot co2 outlet air in the interior duct <8cm.

The double casing gives me increased security, especially because fresh air circulates (forced circulation) between the 2 tubes.

I also have a fresh air intake which overlooks the facade behind the stove.

Like pure gas boilers, the double skin complies with the legislation.

You can install your tubing yourself, but if in the attic it is not protected by a bushel or a double insulated skin, in the event of a fire, the expert will take it into account for reimbursement. : Twisted:

It is the practice of Elise Lucet to put up scenarios from scratch by making people believe things that are not. The one on the voluntary pissers was au gratin.

All that remains is to find the "serious" company :?: :P

Thanks for the info izy, but uh what are these prices? Is this a joke? Is this a package? Is it a ceiling?

Must they not already relate to the surface of the work carried out (and their nature! A crawling it costs more to insulate than lost roof space!). Insulating 30 m2 of lost roof space is not the same as 120 m2!

Also they seem to me 4 to 5 times above the market price (insulation by flocking or rolls on 30 cm thick is 50 € / m2 ... billed by a craftsman!)!

We would have liked to attract the margouillis we would not have done better! : Shock:

So I dare to hope that there is a relationship to the footage of the work carried out!

ps: not clicked on the site ... since I imagine that you put the relevant information here? : Mrgreen:

It is tax revenue for eligibility.

Ah bin I said nothing then! : Cheesy:

As we were talking about profitability I thought it was the maximum cost of the work!

Then I couldn't see the relationship between the surface to be isolated and the number of people! We can live in 5 in a house with 20m2 to isolate, as we can live alone in a house with 200m2 to be isolated ...

So what is the scale of insulation rates? Must he have one? This time I clicked well but I found nothing (quickly) about it!

chepa but it looks opaque.
I saw on fessebouc, a guy who showed a photo of an old farmhouse whose insulation has been redone, walls and attics for one euro ... This is the jackpot for those who, not taxable, buy an old uninsulated house.

Opaque insulation of cellars without ceiling of resources.
