Hello,
Matenjo wrote:Until I get a bigger inverter.
It's not a 2 kW load that breaks down a 5 kW inverter, there are safety devices : Shock:
And then there is a warranty on new equipment.

To reset, you had to do it out of the sun, battery disconnected, no power for 2 minutes, just to discharge the capacitors ... Did you disconnect everything or just press the M / A button on the front?
Matenjo wrote:For the batteries there is not the same voltage, there are only 3 which are identical 13,4v and the other 12,2v
Connect a load to the terminals of the weakest, what you have on hand, like a headlight bulb or more powerful, and make a new measurement, knowing the current flowing, you can deduce the internal resistance of the battery.
Before putting them in series, we arrange that they all have the same load and the same capacity, if they are not brand new at the start, it is useful to measure it.

2 60 W headlight bulbs = 120 W = 10 A ... A 150 Ah battery must last 15 hours ... CQFD

Isn't all this discussion a little surreal? : Shock:
I hope it doesn't end in an accident :(

electricity can be dangerous

Thibr no the discussion is not surreal but realistic is only instructive for me and I think it is more dangerous to do without asking for an opinion before. Besides, I am neither mad nor unconscious.

I will try again tomorrow for the reset because you doubt me, but the whole thing is disconnected.
For the warranty I think so but it's been 1 year that I am,
even if I am not served much.
I would do the battery test with the bulb and tell you
thank you and good evening

I sent an email or I bought them we'll see, but I think it's fucked up

Hello
Can someone give me their opinion on this and explain it to me a bit, before i go too fast.
Thank you

Hello everyone,
I just discovered this thread, what an adventure and what courage Matenjo!
Do not panic about these inverters, it repairs! Attached help

For my part I have 6 in service in three phase and one broken down which I started to dismantle

My general remarks:

these inverters make 5kVA and not 5kW which gives rather 4kW (well roughly and according to the cos phi of the devices connected behind).

The batteries are really the weak link, I also saw it alas!
For my part I prefer batteries to open Pb because we can fill them and thus hope to make them last longer.
At the moment I am experimenting with battery balancers, I measure the voltage of each element, the energies supplied and restored by each battery pack in parallel to understand how they work.
Basically I install measuring devices everywhere to understand how it goes.

Personally I have 48V 1300Ah with 42PV (including 30 on the roof) but with poor exposure in winter because I am at the bottom of a small valley.

So I have an overproduction in summer and an underproduction in winter, hence my search for a means of inter-seasonal storage by means of large self-built saltwater batteries and / or an intermediate storage H2.
Any contribution on this subject will be welcome.

Hello everyone since time and especially happy new year and health to all.

To give news I put aside the sun a little to make me understand nothing.
I brought in ededis and I will be connected to the network, this is scheduled for September. (12000 €) I would have liked to avoid but tired of struggling.

Thank you for your answer but again, your doc is of no use to me because I understand nothing in English.

Thanks again to everyone for the time you have given me.

Your story is dear.
Connected to the network is good and above all easy.
9 years ago I signed a buyout contract with EDF for 20 years.
This summer 2019 I paid the last part of the credit and I have 11 years left to receive € 2300 per year.
The colleague who installed this put 2 additional panels at my request without giving the free surplus to EDF, it is to anticipate wear after 20 years. So I have more than 3100w for a 3000w contract.
And the icing on the cake, the inverter is guaranteed for 20 years.
Just that I paid the credit at the end of August and EDF paid me at the end of September so I had to have a cash advance.
Overall it did not cost me a round and today the installation is mine.
I have to pay 50 € per year for the redemption counter.

After 20 years I simply plug the 2 wires into my circuit and I have 3000w free during the day, it's good for off-peak hours.
I was considering a battery system, but as long as the UPS keeps going, what advantage would I have.
I also have a small 90w panel connected to a GTI (grid tie inverter) of 600w mttp which has burnt out.
Another 600w GTI for my wind turbine which burned too.
I just have a 12v hybrid solar / wind regulator to charge batteries and a 24v three-phase regulator from another wind turbine that I have never used with its 24v inverter
