You can have this voltage idle and a defective battery cell.
Check that with a moderate load of 100 W for example, this voltage does not collapse, which would indicate an abnormal internal resistance of one of the batteries.

Towards the end of your leaflet http://www.mppsolar.com/manual/PIP-GK/P ... 190717.pdf, is noted that if permanent buzzer and permanent red light with displayed Fault code 08/09/53/57 = "Return to repair center."

Permanent buzzer or not?

I advise you to download this manual, instead of bombarding us with incomplete photos. (It unnecessarily eats server energy, even if Trump says it's clean coal) : Wink:
Connect a "permanent" 2000W auxiliary to a 2000Wp PV installation
Can be provided for a certain time by the batteries, in the manual is indicated 90 min with 100 Ah and 2500 VA battery, therefore 2000 W and cos phi of 0.8.
By counting the output it is better to table 75 Mn with a battery in condition.

Hello izentrop
Yes permanent buzer.
And how should I proceed or do to verify that with a moderate load of 100w for example, that this voltage does not collapse?

First perform a reset to see if the fault is canceled.

Ben turns off the inverter for 2 minutes and restarts, the fault should be canceled, otherwise it is really broken down, which would surprise me. : Wink:

Just to be sure, although this is certainly not the explanation for the non-restart, you checked that you had not "triggered" at the differential of what you call "AC-DC box" or arrival at your electrical panel?

Its there its fucked up I think, 800 ea the trash, what disgust ...
Engie asked me € 18000 to bring the network back to me, I think I should have made this choice, but hey I had no finances.

No sicetaitsimple it does not have that because I disconnected the two cables in 16mm2 which arrive at the box ac to be able to connect my group instead.
So inverter is connected only with batteries and panels.
I did not have much choice it is getting cold and my stove does not work current.
