It's a shame to see MdM this way ...

It does not target MDM in particular, but the intimate relationship between pharmaceutical products, whose toxicity is recognized by medicine, and the doctors themselves (they have little choice for the majority of them, for lack of 'other means (sic)). It is true that there is abuse, in our eyes of laymen, knowing that it is the cash cow of the SS who spits in the bassinet without the slightest reaction on these abuses. But the system is thus made and the consumer is very happy, that as expensive as these products are, he can "benefit" anyway.
For the rest, on the position of "dealers"
The term dealer is an anglicism to designate a seller of drugs, illicit or doping products.
The only nuance is the designation of illicit which is not applicable to the case cited, but the rest yes! (tobacco, alcohol are legal and drugs!) and the ugly target, the imaginary patient, the doctor despite himself, Doctor Knock satirized them without waiting for ours.
When will there be real education for real health in schools and universities? which will reduce and eventually eliminate these abuses.
