Isn't that a bit demotic? : Cheesy:

Not bad the formula.
"Humanity" is an idealization of man by man. It will therefore never be reached, because the requirement increases as progress is made.
Long ago "eye for eye, tooth for tooth" was a wise and progressive precept. Today it is hard to imagine returning the stab at Nabila :) .

Christophe, you write:
System that favors a tiny minority at the expense of the vast majority ...

This is what is most visible, but if we stick to this approach, we can only understand that in reality this system is harmful to all and that it is this last perception which is the only carrier. change (since otherwise we confine ourselves to a fixed opposition between those who suffer the most and those for whom [by mimetic relativism] is, apparently, much more comfortable *).

* But not that much, because apart from the satisfaction displayed by the "happy few", acts of violence, drug addiction, alcohol addiction corrects this complacent image.

An elephant in exile, that is essentially deceiving.
Exnihiloest, who does not know that the preachers were on both sides wrote:

This is typically the ecological discourse, not ecological, frankly detestable, which seeks to stir up fears, to make people feel guilty, to promise them the apocalypse

This is typically the New Conservative discourse, frankly detestable, which seeks to reassure, to make people feel guilty, to promise them Eden in materialism.

acts of violence, drug and alcohol addiction
alcohol IS a drug that leads to addiction and violence.

Violence is intention. The passage to the act its materialization. Mimetic relativism denies it *. Addiction drives frustrations.

If our Western societies tolerate alcohol so much (which is a drug ... hard) is that, somewhere, they find their account ... right?

And violence is not systematic with alcohol: personally I am not violent ... on the contrary, when I have a drink in the pif, I look more for "contact" (social contact version dialogue therefore not physical but mental eh) ... it makes me more "sympathetic" : Cheesy:

What I am describing (in short for once) is CE vicious circle: frustration again generating violence and so on ...

Specifically my post suggested that the causes was rather to be seen in intentionality (only in the society / humanity / system combos)

Or upstream, the "way of thinking" (this is the principle of "Responsibility Law"that Exnihilo confuses with"accountability"in his indictment.)

Alcohol is never a solution, but it doesn't have to be the cause. Alcohol allows many to endure psychic pathologies which are then contained by this consumption. As a creator of frustrations, a society favoring the economy (whose basis is scarcity, even in its phase of false abundance) is naturally tolerant for this derivative to its challenge ...
