This video is made without Linky. It is simply a question of demonstrating the difference in consumption of different electrical devices that we usually find in our habitats depending on whether we count Kwh like the old meters or if we count Kva with the Linky.
The fact that Enedis and EDF and therefore the State decide to modify the counting rule without informing users is to scorn them, not to say scam them. Some say that it is normal to count Kva, why not but we do not change the rules of the game without warning users and without offering them compensation especially when it will cost them more!
