In Costa Rica, about 99% of electricity produced is green of renewable origin.

Well there you go, "my" Swiss environmentalists' assholes would do well to take the seed, they who are anti-everything (nuclear power plants [ok], wind turbines, solar thermal and photovoltaic, etc, etc ...)

Like what, with a minimum of will, it is possible.

Independent of fossil fuels for electricity, maybe ....
But the economic model of Costa Rica is the revenue generated by (eco?) Tourists ... who arrive naturally .... pedalo of course!

Why, there is not a maximum of "good reliefs" in Swiss...?

And the expert, you do not have to be in a very humid tropical zone to get water,
there is pumping-turbining at off-peak hours to fill the dams!

Not understood which? How much in the energy mix (so if part R, the rest how?)

At the max of what? Conso, production capacity or energy savings? It's not quite the same.
