Of course, lithium batteries will pulverize all other means of storage of small and medium capacity. Only STEP and thermal storage in molten salts remain competitive, but these are high capacities.

A bad market analysis and a lot of wind and powder in the eyes for all those who financed energistro ... after necessarily when one is ex total engineer, it must have been easier to churn investors and cross borders and barriers of the levies funds and grants ...

There is nothing more to see ... or else ??

this story of pouring concrete in the rotor, I never got it right ... in any case it does not seem to give a decisive advantage to Energiestro.

It will not hurry at the gate.

Yes and especially in the heart where the inertia / stored energy is almost zero ... it is perhaps not for nothing that we speak in the literature of FLYWHEEL or DISC of inertia and never or rarely of CYLINDER. .

effectively, the company which acquired this demonstrator will be able to develop the most competitive energy storage systems it can be for a continent like Africa for example

Where is the Energiestro project of a former engineer (from TOTAL : Mrgreen: )? Millions raised over the years for what turnover achieved today and especially for how many MWh stored? Let me guess ... uuhhh ... no I don't want to be languedeput ... : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen:

I think about it because of this topic of the moment: solar-thermal / areos-energie-ag-vpa-2-solar-energy-storage-by-concentration-in-the-soil-t17026.html

I did a search in the "archaeological archives" of forum and the term energiestro appeared in 2005, at the time it was a cogeneration site: renewable-energies / cogeneration-t1036.html

The old site moved to the new concrete storage, so the guys have already taken over a name and one (some) domain name and benefited from free referencing (unless it's the same team but I doubt it ... ) ...

search.php? st = 0 & sk = t & sd = d & sr = posts & keywords = Energiestro & start = 150

Otherwise an employee of Energiestro had passed on this subject in 2015 ... it's been more than 6 years: solar-photovoltaic / ENERGIESTRO-store-the-energy-in-the-concrete-t13854-20.html # p284649
