When the intensity to provide in your house exceeds that which you indicated on your load shedder (15, 30, 45, .... 90A), indication set in the same way as your meter, and well the shedder cuts a circuit of 15A.
By the time the overconsumption in your house subsides ...
On this circuit of 15A max, you will connect your cumulus (which consumes less than 15A)
So the current arrival wires supplying the circuit breaker of this cumulus will not come from the bar of the electrical panel, but from the load shedder.

FYI, this stuff contains a torus, a relay, and € 2 of electronics: they could sell it for € 20 and still make some margin on it but the prices are downright excessive ...
