Mmmwouaih ...Image ... and how does this maxim relate to the dogma of zero tolerance? :D

Zero tolerance was just one of many thunderous announcements from starkozy, as phony as his cleaning of the suburbs with a high pressure water jet ...

If zero tolerance was applied we would go from 68 inmates to 000 ... and there the citizens would find that France is really very bad ... so containment of delinquency and traffic offenses history that all business remains in place !

I am obviously not fooled by these announcement effects, it was for me to consider things under their humorous aspect.

The "zero tolerance" of petty crimes (although obviously inapplicable stricto sensu) is a screen that hides "total tolerance" (not to say enthusiastic encouragement!) vis-à-vis "legal delinquency" ...

The June increase is the fourth consecutive monthly increase. Since the start of the year, 112 more people than in 2013 have lost their lives in a road accident.

A new increase in road mortality (+ 3,8%) was recorded in June on French roads with 304 people killed (against 293 in June 2013), Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve announced on Wednesday. In a press release, the minister, citing figures from the National Interministerial Observatory for Road Safety (ONISR), added that the number of injured hospitalized more than 24 hours after a road accident had also increased (+ 5,4%).

Since the start of the year, 112 more people have been killed on the roads, up 7,9% from the same period a year earlier. The June increase is the fourth consecutive monthly increase, after + 28% in March, + 8% in April and + 15,2% in May.

And those despite the installation of a whole string of radars ... when is THE real measure: the reduction in the number of vehicles in circulation? :frown:
