Paraffin oil spray is effective.

Otherwise more chemical there are the sticks of insecticide / fertilizer but
you no longer have to eat the fruit. The effectiveness is certain.

20 days after cleaning it is like on the 1st day (there is everywhere !!), here are some large specimens of the (mechanical) cleaning of the day:

Do not create the biotope of mealybugs: humidity, heat and no predators in an enclosed environment !!
Very little on the oleanders outdoors in the Var !!
But full in 91 in a room on this type of oleander in winter !!
But this oleander survives well, much better than forgetting it outside in the first heavy frosts, then dead !!

I doubt that this is enough ... and as said above these are the most resistant mealybugs! I will try laxative oil (hihhi) as soon as I find it ...

Oh if not while we are there: I have a dwarf olive tree which has been losing its leaves since I brought it in (2 to 3 weeks ago) I had put it in a 2/3 corner of shade: is it too hot or lack of light?
