It is an "experimental" house of tests.

Once inside there are red clickable dots that give information and records of long duration (but apparently only on the month of March?)
Presentation:
As it is necessary to calibrate these models by experimental measurements, INES has developed a unique experimental platform: INCAS, with experimental houses fully instrumented and having various envelope structures with more or less inertia.
Research is also working on optimizing the performance and operation of thermal and electrical systems integrated in the building while taking into account the notions of thermal comfort, lighting (natural and artificial) and air quality. The objective here is to develop specific toolboxes dedicated to building professionals that integrate building energy management right from the design phase.
Currently two houses are being tested at INES, one in concrete blocks on the cavity wall model with internal insulation and the other in banché concrete, isolated from the outside. At term, 6 houses will be tested at INES.
