I finally saw Donnie Darko! The idea and course are interesting but not developed enough, some length I found and especially a pity that it is filmed in the American high school atmosphere at the american pie ... the idea deserves to be more developed ...

Otherwise they are not movies but Canal + out of great series for a few years, still in production: Gears (3 seasons), Mafiosa (3 seasons), Braquo (1 season) ...

On France TV there was Les Beaux Mecs (1 single season) recently. Very good too.

To see the closed eyes (but must have a little time) ...

I finally saw "The Day of the Skirt" and it's a film that really deserves all the good that has been said about it. It is a "small" film but so powerful, which tackles head-on the problems of French society and its cities, but without being "heavy", never.
And then there is the immense talent of Isabelle Adjani, vibrant and overwhelming, and the more discreet of the kids who give her the answer and who always sounds right.

In a completely different genre, "I loved it", by Zabou Breitman who gives us with his usual talent a new reflection on our way of being in the world, our choices, our lacks ...

The Princess Bride, Scott Pilgrim vs The World, Tank Girl, are in the "so-bad-it's-good" category.

Otherwise for really bad movies, there's always the ranking of rotten tomatoes http://www.rottentomatoes.com
I often agree with their rankings (the site is in English by cons) notament on the certified fresh.

I hate "psychological" movies that drag themselves around showing people getting into trouble.

Mine is enough for me :D

Cabaret

All Harry Potter

Lord of the rings

Ben uhr

The gods fell on their heads

Merlin the Magician

The last unicorn

In my crazy youth, I loved "Walkabout"

and lately I asked my wife to rent "The Fantastic Ride" to me by DVD post
