Because we know very well that politicians have long since lost power.

Power belongs to money.

Ah no I didn't say that!
Anarchy on the contrary risks us happening if we let ourselves be led by this band of broken arms!

I already said the little good that I think ofAttali, however, he would have said, about the next elections that the result did not matter since the winner would be the IMF anyway ...

I never doubted his lucidity, no more than his tendency to play "Watchdogs"!

So do like the Belgians:
a) when they do not have a government they demonstrate to have one!

b) when they have (finally after 18 months) a government they make demonstrations and especially general strikes (as today even) against this government!

Beyond the cookie cutter declaration ...

Predictable: the crisis lasted more than a year, there was really something to get upset about. The NVA (Flemish far right, 27% of the votes in Flanders) blocked the system by refusing any concession. All or nothing politics. We ended up throwing them out of the negotiations and the government.

As for the demonstrations according to, it was to be expected that any government would have had to take unpleasant steps

It is not an unpleasant measure to take, but a vital measure!
