Well, I don't have many details yet, but the idea seems interesting. Especially that indeed there is a big bp of accommodation. Which is both an ecological advantage because it is common and considered normal to hold seminars of 4 to 8 people even for those who are in a couple or have a fixed job and all (necessarily much less when there are children).
