He can not keep his cool, for a President it's a cat ..... Ségolène must be laughing because he had criticized him for not keeping his cool during their televised duel !!
In any case, the minister of Algerian origin under Villepin had had problems with Sarko when he was Minister of the Interior for having pointed out to him that it was not correct to treat the suburbanites as "scum". He called her "dirty ..." and then despised her until the end.
