I believe the econological shop was quoted this evening on M6 in "C'est du proper".
I don't know exactly how (shape, background ...) but it concerned the Watt meter PM231 since we delivered one to the producers of the show.

Unfortunately, I cannot review the broadcast (non-French IP filtering)

There was good and not so good, basically and quickly:
They measured the consumption of standby tV magneto, .... with the wattmeter = 41 w, the consumption of the freezer full of ice (not to eat huh!) Before defrosting and after defrosting + cleaning: consumption of 170 w lowered to 128 w I believe either, if my memories are good € 45 savings / year + € 45 / year savings for watches connected to power strip with switch.
Installation of "Pitmix-style" aerators on the taps to reduce the water consumption by 2, replacement of the 200l hot water tank by an instantaneous water heater to avoid letting cold water run to have water hot (blah!).
For the rest, well, the house was a bit unfinished, made by a mason, but we know the adage of the shoemaker, shod; so window frames with a day around, glass in the bathroom with a hole closed in scotch (initial ventilator disappeared), electric heating everywhere thoroughly, you think no insulation, leaks everywhere; € 200 of electricity / month before, € 140 after passing M6.
In short M6 had managed to disgust a concrete family which united all the qualities of carelessness, of brothel (I also have some, I'll just call them ), dirt, Madame Propre taught the guy how to do the dishes by hand with two bins before they buy a dishwasher.
If something comes back to me ....

Ok thank you for this summary.
Well, I'm going to ask myself to try to get the show to catch on M6Relay and have it put on econoTV ...
If it says kk1? With Net Transport he may be able to recover the video file.
Could you give me a bham capture of M6Relay to see if it's easily pumpable?

Hi,
I stumbled across this show by chance, just a few seconds before the scary voice-over shook the nasty halogen lamps:
"A halogen lamp of this type consumes 1 euro 60 per hour when it is on" (sic)!
(you can check on M6replay 3 minutes from the start of the show)
Well, the bigger it is, the more it goes! Given the head of the lamp, it is at most a 500W (or even 300, but hey, I don't quibble ...)
With the worst EDF subscription at a rate of 0.135 € per kWh (see EDF tariffs) to turn such a lamp for an hour comes back according to a clever calculation (a division by two all the same!) to 0.0675 €
At M6, halogens, they smoke them!
Far be it from me to praise energy-consuming halogen lamps, I just wanted to give an idea of the kind of crap that easily goes unnoticed on television.
Congratulations and good luck for this site

Ah yes I had not seen your post Chris, yes I try!
Well I just tried, no way to download with real player and no access to file links with the right mouse button
By cons possibility to send the video to a friend, what I did, you will tell me if you can watch it, see put it on econo TV.

Unfortunately, "voyeurist" channels like TMF16 are used to this kind of thing ...Friseur wrote:[...]
