Colombian remake of Breaking Bad: http://www.telerama.fr/series-tv/metast ... 127612.php

Given the similarities between certain scenes (and even the credits), see http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-f ... sis-799586 can we still talk about a remake?

There are countries that do not hesitate to copy and paste:

example with the famous "lobby scene" from Matrix:

In the genre of high quality series mixing fiction and reality (with archive footage) there is Narcos which deals with drug trafficking in Latin America and the hunt for Pablo Escobar , from the Cartel of Medelin as well as Cali

Yes I watched it too ... Narcos is very good historically speaking but I find it less psychologically good than the adventures of Walter White!

On Netflix there is another series on Escobar, but much much longer (too much for me): http://www.allocine.fr/series/ficheseri ... 11393.html

You have to believe that drugs are in fashion (it's always less worse than zombies or the living dead lol), there is one on El Chapo too ...

Yes, but it's a true story!
It is also very instructive to understand the socio-economic relationships in Colombia.

Correct, after that it is romanticized anyway but most certainly strongly based on the book that pablo wrote, hence my comment on the "historically speaking"

I think that "Pablo the Patron of Evil" which makes more than 100 episodes goes even more into historical details ... but you have to be really a fan to hold on (I started and it is getting long ...)
