As much as I am against the Citizen Contribution for oil tankers (see my opinion here: https://www.econologie.com/forums/post71086.html#71086) as much I am for an oil tanker sanction in the event of an oil spill equal to the damage caused... which is far from the case with this lawsuit ... masquerade ... even the USA was greener at the time with the valdez (1 billion $) ...

Total's behavior towards his responsibilities is pitiful I have only one thing to say:
