Universal Declaration of Human Rights

In 1948, at the end of the 2nd World War, the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted a text without any real legal significance, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Article 12.: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his private life, his family, his home or his correspondence, nor to attacks on his honor and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

The European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms

The European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms represents significant progress in terms of the force of the text, insofar as it is an international treaty signed by the member states of the Council of Europe. Signed on November 4, 1950, it entered into force on September 3, 1953.

Article 8: Everyone has the right to respect for his private life.

The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union

This charter did not initially have any strong legal value. voted in December 2000, it was not until the Lisbon Treaty in 2007 that it gave it legally binding value in the 27 member states of the European Union.

article 7: everyone has the right to respect for his private and family life, his home and his communications.

Article 8: everyone has the right to the protection of personal data concerning him. These data must be processed fairly, for specified purposes and on the basis of the consent of the data subject or under other legitimate grounds provided by law. Everyone has the right to access and obtain rectification of the data collected concerning them.

The European CNIL

Finally, in December 2014, all of the European CNILs (the French CNIL and its European counterparts), under the name of “Article 29 group” published a very clear declaration on the protection of privacy: http://www.cnil.fr/linstitution/interna ... 29/edgf14/

Article 6: Secret, massive and indiscriminate surveillance of people in Europe (…) does not comply with European Treaties and legislation. It is ethically unacceptable.

Article 7: Access to personal data for security purposes is not acceptable in a democratic society since it is massive and unconditional.

While you were sleeping last night, discreetly, 30 deputies decided for us, that it would be nice if EVERYTHING we do on the net is monitored. (25 voted for / 5 voted against)

I'll spare you all the subtleties, but basically, we will have the right to black boxes. Cazeneuve has used everything he knows of the language of wood to say that "no it's not mass surveillance" but you don't have to be a genius to understand that if we pass ALL the Internet traffic of the French in black boxes are mass surveillance. The Bernard was so determined last night that I thought to myself that he probably wanted this law for personal use.

Ah and scoop noted by Numérama, privacy is not a freedom. So the French will have no objection to having it withdrawn? Is not it ?

I was reading a scary thing about Freemasonry last night.
And I wonder how this law can be a tool dedicated to Freemasons?
Objective, to ensure that people do not come too snooping around in their business?

I thought that Left and Right had only the same financiers, which explains why the policy is the same between Sarkozy and Hollande. From what I read, I wonder if finally the Freemasons do not occupy all the political chessboard (except FN perhaps? And still?)
And that their "pseudo" differences can only be summed up in struggles for influence between lodges ...

Afterwards, between what I have read about Freemasonry and what is currently happening, there are things that I do not understand, why Hollande wants to cheat everyone and Fillon seeks to make the law unconstitutional if the 2 are Freemason? Same goal? Not the same lodge? simple posture game to give some illusion?

I understood something else yesterday from this reading, why are we in the reign of general incompetence?
General Freemasonry cronyism.

Do not sink into the conspiracy theory, but remain vigilant and see the news with a little light on the Masonic franc side ...

Here is the list of voters:

After a "very fast" search, no known and recognized Freemason voted this law ...
No direct links therefore at first glance, on the side of the voters ...

Damn, I can no longer edit my previous post to correct my initial postulate which seems wrong.

Fillon would not be Franc Macon (unlike Juppe ... I must have been confused). This may explain why Fillon wants to block this law.
