nonoLeRobot wrote:For employment it still offers good reductions in charges on companies that employ: http://www.bayrou.fr/propositions/emploi.html

It may be a right-wing policy, but certainly the most effective
with regard to offshoring, because putting more constraints means giving even more motivation to relocate or even to directly locate elsewhere.

Good on the speaking link of employment according to bayrou, there are 2 things that bother me:
- An increase in the CSG -> nice, a little more tax on the tax!
- Social VAT -> Holds !! What is that !?? a new tax !?

On the rest of the site, nothing on the subsidies allocated to companies which lay off workers with record profits ....
It seems to me that when a person asked him the question, he dodged, to answer next ...
In short on this point it does not seem clear to me, this is what reminds me that it is right.

For the rest of the program, there are some interesting things to choose between the dwarf and the red ... For the moment, I prefer the benet ...

Yes, I agree with you SixK, the CSG, it's not great, well, don't dream, Chirac has already given us the blow of "we will lower taxes."

If not for social VAT, it's a bit like the increase in the price of energy. It had better be very well supervised so that the most modest people don't drink, but here too the idea is attractive and we will be able to see how it works in Germany or it starts to apply it.

Moreover, it is the co-author A. Granjean of "plein please" who defends the social VAT: http://tva-sociale.org

Stauss Kahn, Chevènement, Borloo, Boutin, Lepage ... are also in favor.

François Bayrou wants an exemplary France in terms of ecology

Ecology must be one of the priorities of the next President of the Republic and France must be exemplary in this area, believes François Bayrou.

"Among the tasks that I consider to be part of the missions of the President of the Republic, there is this: it is up to him to tell the other peoples of the planet that we have a (ecological) responsibility in common", declared the candidate. of the UDF in the presidential election during a public meeting in Metz.

"It is a language which engages the policies of all countries", he added in front of 2.000 people gathered at the exhibition center of the capital of the Moselle.

The Béarn candidate, who signed Nicolas Hulot's ecological pact, proposes to appoint, if elected, a number two government specialist in sustainable development issues, "responsible for thinking about the consequences that the decisions we take will have on our children and our children's children ".

"We must be exemplary," said François Bayrou, who was surrounded by a group of young activists and whose words were translated into sign language.

TRIBUTE TO ROBERT SCHUMAN

"The next president and the next government will have to enforce this requirement that France finally becomes the country that takes the lead among countries that save energy," he said.

"It does not cost very much, it creates jobs on the spot, and in any case it says a great thing: we were irresponsible, we intend to become responsible," he added to applause.

The centrist candidate's program includes the gradual introduction of a tax on fossil fuels and the creation of an independent authority responsible for alerting the authorities in the event of a public health or environmental problem (of the asbestos or blood type contaminated).

The public meeting in Metz closed a new day of field campaign for the candidate of the UDF, who went in the afternoon to the European Institute of Ecology for a debate with the pharmacologist and ecologist Jean -Marie Pelt.

Upon his arrival in Lorraine, François Bayrou went to Robert Schuman's house in Scy-Chazelles.

After laying a wreath on the tomb of the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, the president of the UDF read, inside the house, the famous "Declaration" that the elected Moselle had made on May 9 1950 at the Quai d'Orsay, considered the birth certificate of Community Europe.

Despite the rain, François Bayrou visited the garden of Robert Schuman, a man whose "simplicity" and "immense vision" he admires, to the point of having his photo in his office.

The Bayrou vote, refuge for teachers who feel "betrayed" by the left

Sylvain Petit, professor of history and geography in Lille, is among the teachers who say they are determined to vote for François Bayrou. In 2000, during the demonstrations against Claude Allègre, successor of the centrist candidate for the Ministry of National Education, he paraded with a sign: "Should we regret Bayrou?" What at the time was "a provocation" has become quite serious. "We have seen the plural left at work, he explains. It becomes complicated to give it a lot of credit. The debate in the teachers' room is not so much on the proposals of François Bayrou as on the shortcomings of the PS . I am on the left, is the PS still? " Expecting a President of the Republic to be "first and foremost the guarantor of republican values", Sylvain Petit appreciated the declaration of the UDF candidate for the Charlie Hebdo trial on the caricatures of Mohammed: "He said that 'he was a believer, but that he placed freedom of expression above personal convictions. It is a Voltairian position that suits me. " He is also sensitive to the fact that Mr. Bayrou has "resolutely distinguished himself from the character Sarkozy". And is by no means seduced by the recent positions taken by Ségolène Royal. He sees in it "the temptation to say yes to everything and to please everyone".

I quite agree with this sentence. Let the slightest small group be a little publicized so we get a charter and we see the pink tailor tumbling down to sign it in front of the cameras ...

It ends up discrediting any other action.
Besides, saying yes to everyone and everything comes at a price : roll:

Jean Marc Jancovici denies being the official adviser to Bayrou, but explains that it was with him from afar that he had the most contact and listening:

http://www.manicore.com/documentation/a ... tions.html

It is on, Bayrou mentions it explicitly in its program.
