Well, since you do not want to hear my arguments:

will buy your 280g bread and frozen thaw at auchan. It will give you the opportunity to get on your nerves and not to make the small traders live. You will be sure that packaging, transportation and anything that could be improved from an ecological, ethical, social point of view will not be. You will be sure that our company will become poorer while the shareholders of large companies will continue to enrich themselves by selling the package and other.

And above all, it will allow you to be sure that you can still shout against what you generate yourself.

????????

It does not concern me, I frequent very few supermarkets, there is the market and local shops and I now have my organic vegetable garden. I do not see what you're talking about. You are reading posts ????????

I'm thinking about it ! For next year I plan to plant corn.

By cons I'm bothered about the organic products of my organic garden that I freeze for the winter. I discovered that I was a polluter and I am very upset. What to do ?

: Shock:

You do not freeze, you eat everything right away : Mrgreen:

Otherwise, there are good old canned Weck or dry vegetables!

Or,
more simply,
say that the freezer consumes less when full than when empty : Idea:

Bah ... not very satisfactory as an answer. Canned food I hate and potatoes, zucchini or dried tomatoes I do not know how. : Lol:

As Sarkozy came to the area I thought to put some tomatoes to rot but, finally, it was not worth it, it's wasteful so I made a great tomato sauce that I frozen. Too bad for the pollution it generates.

Ah about frozen precisely I ask myself the question for a while and if a priori it may seem anti-econological, finally, globally: I'm not sure that it is so worse ....

Yes it takes a lot of energy to store them: but to freeze is also to avoid the mess...

How many fresh products are screwed up in supermarkets?
How many frozen products? In my opinion there is no comparison possible ...

In the USA I had heard that 30% of the meat was "wasted" (even if the waste is surely valued otherwise, animal feed for example but still !!)

So one in the other it is discussed ...
