As its name does not say, Congorama is a fictional comedy that talks about the subject of the Canadian electric car, wheeled engine (I believe):

Synopsis: Michel, son of a paralyzed writer, husband of a Congolese refugee and father of a future tennis champion, is an erratic Belgian inventor misunderstood by his employer. At the age of 42 years, he learns that he was adopted and that he was born clandestinely in a barn in Quebec, Sainte-Cécile.

During the year 2000, Michel goes to Sainte-Cécile, to find the trace of his biological parents.

There, he meets a man driving an anachronistic hybrid electric car. On the road back to Montreal, an accident will change their lives and the future of the auto industry.

Welcome to the Congorama.

A movie may not be so fictional as that eventually! To see so!
