On my R21 I think I reduced my consumption by around 0,4l / 100Km (7,6l instead of 8l / 100Km) by using NGK spark plugs and Beru silicone ignition cables ... The NGKs are set at 5000 Ohm it seems to me then that other brands, especially the cheap stuff, can easily make 25000 Ohm .....
