I don't understand what you mean by transfer.
Are those the 2 "big" green hoses? These look like the hoses that surround/protect the pushrods and also serve to return oil from the top end to the bottom end.

In the meantime, to avoid damaging the top of the engine, valve stems, rocker arms, etc., while testing, you can throw a few tablespoons of oil in there. I revive my old engines like this for a softer start, while the circuits are primed again.

At the risk of stating the obvious :P . I suppose that for this to work you need a diesel tank with a vent, a pump that draws from it and pumps it back to your diesel filter and the return from the injector goes back to the tank. (the photos don't show all this). S...
