I remind you that the inverter is, for the moment, not connected to ground...(and normally it's not supposed to be, with the first it changed the values ​​on the multimeter...)

I took several captures because it was moving a lot on the "neutral"...

This inverter seems to do a "true" neutral...look at the frequencies it's very fast and the Vrms are low so it looks like disturbances...

Reminder: the case of this inverter is connected to the ground (the other inverter was not on the previous measurements) and for the moment, I cannot compare I no longer have it at hand...

The output voltage took 5 minutes to rise to 220V…I don't know if it's because the capacitor is new or bigger than the original one?
