as far as enedis is concerned I do not see how it can be resold in total or anyone else, it squeezed as if the state was selling the street that you use to get to your home to a merchant, we see what It does with the motorway concessions.
in addition, the electric car is not the ultimate solution, neither is hydrogen, there will be liquid nitrogen cars which can refuel in 3 minutes with 600 km of liquid nitrogen autonomy.
