Design of a mini tunnel oven

Hello,
It's been a long time since I've been thinking about installing a brickyard in N'Djamena-Chad.
The idea is to produce quality baked brick at an affordable cost to meet the high demand that artisanal production faces.
At first, I concentrated all my energy on the concept of a Hoffman oven but towards the end I realized that the tunnel oven has the same cooking process as the Hoffman oven. The cooking process is less painful for the workers too.
I am currently confronted with the dimensions of the tunnel furnace. How long to optimize brick firing and how fast the cars need to move.
I plan to use the solid fuel burner (petroleum coke which is available on site)

Raw brick is used until today. But the current trend is block construction of cinder blocks or baked brick. The idea is to produce good quality baked brick. And the best way to do this is to change the type of furnace currently used (vertical furnace) into a tunnel furnace which reduces the volume of fuel
