This debate was a prelude to this moratorium, indeed, but concretely, everything has been decided for several months, via the Charpin Report which turns out to be a real anti PV PV ...
While we fold all the solar stores in France, Germany wonders if it will be 50 GWp or 70 GWp of solar PV in 2020....: - "
...And during this time the German photovoltaic advances
At the moment when the “concertation” on the future of the photovoltaic sector opens in France, it is interesting to take a look across the Rhine, where solar progresses in a dizzying way, passing this year the bar of 8 GW installed, roughly ten times the French market… The 2020 objectives diverge, however, between professionals who would see an installed capacity in 2020 of 70 GW, and the public authorities who estimate that it will be rather close to 50 GW..
The rest is also interesting ... it highlights practices very different from our (dis) orientations ... Source Tecsol Blog
To say that our leaders are already writhing in pain for 500 MWp installed, just 100 times less ... while we have more Sun than our German Friends, which absolutely does not prevent us from being less bright ...
