The disturbed child walks around in a wheelchair with 1 go pro camera in 1 commercial area, films and exhibits on the net without consent, and the law on image rights is sanctioned with a fine of €15 that does not bother him by cons, this lady should file a complaint!

I think that a distinction must be made between the fact of discriminating against a person and the fact of condemning a behavior. If grossophobia, for example, is not ethically tenable, this does not mean that obesity should be considered as an acceptable social norm and one to be acclaimed. Behind this spreading complacency hides very real suffering and it is not by encouraging self-destructive attitudes that this will be cured. In the name of the all-powerful and compulsive navel-gazing consumer, all impulses would be admissible and respectable? This is to bring to its climax the poor triumph of the "king" consumer (?), when the reality is much more trivial and when this question of genres generally concerns very young people or teenagers in need of reference points and who fall into the complacent mirror offered to them by the market as well as all adults who are just as fascinated by the disappearance of all limits, even those of simple common sense*. All in all, it is only the strict continuity of all the limits already happily crossed and which procures this false feeling of impunity.
The question is not to wish for a step back (impossible and in any case undesirable), but to observe the progress of the technosphere to the detriment of the biosphere.

PS: "common sense", an expression that is quite dangerous, because it is too vague; sorry, I couldn't find better, but the context illuminates the content.

If it was him or you, would you pull the trigger? : Oops:

(on the other hand) without going so far as "wish a rollback", is it doing a service to turn a blind eye to harmful behavior that can go so far as to threaten the survival of the species (the extremism of all fanaticism to the point of obsession is an example of this, alas? current, even and especially ideological, being able for example to lead to the nuclear winter), with the simple reason that it would be appropriate "not to discriminate against psychopaths". I am willing to accept their suffering, but not that it encroach on my right to "not choose the same sacrificial outcome..." : Idea:

There was a time when we massively threw tomatoes in the face of bad actors in plays, the good old traditions with undoubtedly educational virtues, don't they tend to be lost now that they have been converted into politicians or happy days in speculative finance?
