Our Paris Drama, Donkey Il Dingo, was recently caught in Tahiti, traveling at the Princess' expense and taking the opportunity to spend quality time with her family..., with the official aim of checking sports equipment that everyone doesn't care about....

She recently justifies her little tourist visits by her trips to... Auchwitz!

damn this one with the explosive context around Semitic affairs, you had to dare! : Shock:

We don't have to cross the streets enough in France... : roll: : roll: : roll:

But in the genre, the firefighter arsonist is not bad: his clique of miscreants put how many medical and public service personnel (firefighters) on the floor during the SiegVax propaganda?

felon laws did not start with covid, for example the Schiappa law (Schiappa made famous with the “samuelpaty” jackpot)

lawyer Juan Branco:

Mr. Cauet is accused of having organized stays at Disneyland with minors aged 15 to obtain sexual relations.

The complainant, intimidated, asked me to accompany her, while Mr. Cauet, claiming that the messages that had been published had never existed, had announced the filing of a complaint for cyberharassment.

I want to say a few words about this.

Mr. Cauet, like all powerful people, tried to use the Schiappa law to silence those who exposed it. He attempted to censor the revelation of behavior considered deviant by filing a complaint not for defamation, but for an offense that this law created: cyberharassment.

We must return to this offense and the excesses it authorized.

This new offense, adopted to combat harassment, was used to benefit parasites, often close to power. It was created by Marlène Schiappa in 2018, and staged for the first time during the show trial of the Mila affair, a young woman used for this purpose by Richard Malka, in 2021.

She gives birth to scandal after criminal scandal.

It provides that any message addressed to a person, provided that it has had a negative "effect" on that person, can result in the sender being criminally convicted, if other people have also written to the "victim".

You read correctly. Any message that had the “effect” of harming the person, not “object”. That is to say, even when there was no intention to cause harm. That is to say, including when he tells the truth.

Thus, any individual tweeting about a personality in a critical manner can find themselves denounced and mowed down, if others have done so.

Any citizen, any whistleblower, and potentially tomorrow any journalist, can be convicted of harassment.

For a message. Just one message. Including when this message tells the truth.

You would have understood it. It was the powerful, not the real victims, who immediately rushed to use this instrument. Because the objective is to silence, not to protect.

Masking and inhibiting the expression of truth, not protecting the most vulnerable in society.

This law is in fact naturally favorable to any personality with a certain visibility, and therefore receiving numerous messages. It allows him to attack anyone who has written about him, even once, even for good reasons, and thus intimidate them.

Because lawyers are expensive. And the state of justice in our country is cause for concern.

Harassed children and adolescents, used as a screen, benefit in no way.

The first to have used this weapon belonged, not without coincidence, to the galaxy of the Minister and the Macron couple, such as Magali Berdah, Aline Dessine & co.

They are among the vilest beings of our species, thriving on scamming, trafficking, lying and manipulating, and finally using this law to silence those who exposed them.

They sent an innocent man, @Marvel_Fit, to detention for two months, after falsely accusing him of being a "pointer" and distributing false photographs of his genitals, before convicting him of harassment.

Because, denouncing this lie and this scandal, because, demonstrating that he was telling the truth, he would have provoked a “wave of harassment” (sic).

No one is immune. If @booba recently paid the price, many anonymous people find themselves intimidated, humiliated and punished in an unjustified manner through this law.

It is this law which here almost prevented these facts from being revealed, and many young girls from being protected as a result.

It is this law which has already made it possible to indict @booba
after he revealed the scandal of the influencers, in a perverse reversal that no society should tolerate.

The masses are the democratic counter-power par excellence. The press, the demonstration, the election, now social networks, are all instruments which make it possible to inhibit the behavior of the powerful, by massifying the expression of an opinion.

The masses make it possible to provide a peaceful, non-violent counterbalance to those in power.

It is a protection for the most vulnerable in society. For this reason, she is hated by all those who love power and hate the truth.

This is why this government continues to invoke it.

This is why Gabriel Abaya, a teenage tyrant, paralyzing the most fragile of his comrades year after year, made it the fight of the century, he who never recovered until after adolescence, an anonymous blog massively allowed his victims to let him know to what extent he had traumatized them. Finally protected by the mass. By the possibility offered, when they were more fragile, to express themselves.

They are the most perverse who generally like to show themselves as victims of society.

To exploit the fate of the most vulnerable in society to hit, humiliate, injure, and finally gain popularity points, ignoring all decency and all connection to the truth.

We have been denouncing this law since it was passed. This earned me fatwas from many people who did not understand why I stood up to people who were pilloried, and who thought that I was setting myself up against them, to hurt them.

While doing so is about protecting them from state violence which, exploited, seeks to plunder the fight for the defense of the most vulnerable, in order to make its interests prosper.

Who did not hesitate to accuse and imprison innocent people, detain others, arrested at six in the morning because they had made the mistake of expressing themselves.

We will be there to protect @zoesagan as we have done for many others, unjustly accused.

And to fight against violence, against all the violence that this society generates and the powerful deleterious people who have taken to governing it.

This is why we say it and will repeat it: this law is dangerous, protects both the evil and the powerful, threatens the victims, and inhibits the truth.

It is a perversion in itself, invoking good to protect and fuel those who continually oppose it.

There's nothing feminist about her. Nothing beneficial. Nothing protective for the most vulnerable in society.

It must be repealed.

Amazing how topical this is for butt stories. The prescription at least works!!! Holy Branco, there's a good one there too. It is he who says who is. But who is right?

Gabriel Attal harassed at school by Juan Branco? The lawyer replies
Usually very modest, the Minister of Education Gabriel Attal spoke at length to TF1 on Sunday evening. He says he was harassed at school by “a student”. Lawyer Juan Branco recognized himself in the minister's accusations, and responded virulently, believing that Gabriel Attal was “the executioner” and not “the victim”.

Well ! Juan Branco was right from the start. : Cheesy:

Victimization? Didn't we talk about the Holocaust?

Juan Branco studies at the École Alsacienne, a private establishment in the 6th arrondissement. At the time, he and a friend created a Skyblog blog which would be used to give grades to the physique of other high school girls7; this site causes discomfort among certain students, including Gabriel Attal, who then complains about his actions to the management of the establishment. From there arises a persistent enmity as both continue to cross paths in their respective careers.

Attal poorer /
He is the son of Dr. Claude Attal, pediatrician at the Armand-Trousseau1 hospital, from a Tunisian Jewish family and of Jeanine Weil, from an Alsatian Jewish family and cousin of the heiresses of the Galeries Lafayette group, Yvonne Meyer and Paulette Heilbronn (daughters of Théophile Bader), by their respective mothers.

But yes, openly making fun of a homosexual by pretending to be him to get him into some dark shit.
And then go to LFI where you defend gays and everyone who can vote for you.
Politics is beautiful!!!
Macron has admirers for opportunism but that was long before Macron
